Provide phone support to customers during their car rental; Resolving customer complaints and challenges , redirecting the situation to the head of the department or to other departments when necessary; Contacting customers by phone or e-mail, regarding their feedback about the company's services; Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram); Review Hunter – searching and responding to comments or reviews posted online.

No experience is required, though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage; Portuguese and English at advanced level (written and spoken); You should like talking to people (by phone and e-mail), it should come easy to you talking and interacting to your new colleagues; You enjoy interacting with customers, even the difficult ones; You are self-motivated, you get over a failure quickly, you just learn the lesson; You have a high sense of responsibility.
