Turrior is a global HR platform that connects businesses with top remote talent from Latin America, Eastern Europe, and beyond. We focus on helping companies hire virtual assistants, marketing staff, customer support, and project coordinators—without the need for traditional recruitment agencies.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven B2B User Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in growing our user base of business owners and hiring managers in the U.S.

Key responsabilities

Develop and execute paid and organic user acquisition strategies targeting U.S.-based businesses

Launch and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit

Design and test landing pages, funnels, and A/B experiments

Identify B2B growth opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and cold strategies

Measure CAC, LTV, and campaign ROI with clear weekly reporting

Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to optimize conversion flow

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B user acquisition for a SaaS or marketplace

Proven results in growing a user base or customer pipeline

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)

Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion)

Excellent written English and communication skills

Startup mindset: you test fast, learn fast, and iterate

Experience targeting U.S.-based SMBs

Background in remote hiring, outsourcing, or HR platforms

Previous work in a startup or early-stage company
