B2B Sales Executive

Calls Experts is a global contact center solutions provider with over 15 years of experience in the North American market.

We are hiring a remote B2B Sales Executive based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to generate qualified business opportunities for our closing team across industries including AI, finance, and marketing. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who is comfortable with outbound cold calling, speaking with decision-makers, managing a CRM pipeline, and working EST business hours.

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate and qualify B2B leads.
• Engage decision-makers, uncover business needs, and identify qualified opportunities.
• Manage leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using a CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales process through deal closure.
• Maintain accurate customer records, spreadsheets, and sales activity data.
• Track KPIs and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.

• At least 1 year of B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience speaking with business decision-makers; SaaS or technology sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM platforms and dialer systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, schedule subject to change.
• Technical setup: Windows 11 or macOS Tahoe, Sequoia, or Sonoma; minimum 8 GB RAM; CPU benchmark score of 5,000+; fiber optic internet connection.
