We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help us connect with potential clients who are interested in preconstruction real estate. This role is essential in driving our sales pipeline by setting up quality appointments for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
Contact leads via phone, email, or text based on their inquiries. Qualify prospects by asking pre-determined questions about their property needs, budget, and timeline. Schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to nurture interest and build relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service is a plus. Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
