We’re in the early stages of building something exciting! We’re creating a high caliber, well supported crew that helps agencies scale while maintaining first class client experiences. As we continue laying the foundation, we’re looking for an Agency Experience Manager to help onboard and support our Agency Partners while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

This role is a remote role that starts as part time with the potential to become full time.

Key responsabilities

Support Post-Sale Operations – Guide marketing agencies through the onboarding process after they sign on with My SkyCrew.

Client Relationship Management – Conduct phone and video calls with agency owners, providing strategic advice and support.

Customer Success Oversight – Check in with and manage Customer Success Professionals working within the agencies under your management.

Issue Resolution & Support – Address questions and concerns from agency owners and operators, keeping Agency Satisfaction scores high.

Retention & Performance Management – Monitor agency performance, track satisfaction metrics, and proactively reduce churn.

Data & Reporting – Put together performance-based churn reports and lead bi-weekly or monthly meetings with agency partners.

Feedback & Improvement – Gather insights, reviews, and feedback to enhance agency operations and improve My SkyCrew’s services.

Build Case Studies – Develop case studies for our website to showcase success stories.

Engage in Social Content – Be part of company social media content to help build trust within our community of agency partners.

Skills & Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written) required

2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or account management required

Comfortable on-camera for video calls required

Comfortable speaking on the phone daily required

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proactive and anticipates company needs (we’re building as we go, so thinking ahead is key!)

Ability to stay focused and complete tasks before moving on to the next.

Highly analytical and outgoing, your are someone who enjoys interacting with others

Solution-oriented, able to de-escalate issues and provide strategic recommendations

Highly Preferred: Prior experience managing others

Bonus: Experience working with or for marketing agencies.

What We’re Offering:

💵 $6-$8 USD per hour ⏳ Part-time (20 hours/week to start, but will become full time after the training period) 📅 Bi-weekly compensation 🕘 Flexible schedule (Core hours: Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM EST) So no working on the weekends!
