Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our insurance operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining client and policy information in our systems. You will work with digital documents, spreadsheets, and our internal tools to ensure data is complete, consistent, and up to date. This role suits someone who works carefully, enjoys routine tasks, and is comfortable working independently from home.

Enter, update, and maintain client and policy data in CRM and/or agency management systems. Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before input. Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure consistency and quality. Organize, label, and store electronic files and documents according to internal procedures. Assist with preparing reports, lists, and summaries based on system data. Communicate with team members to clarify missing or unclear information. Follow data privacy, confidentiality, and security guidelines at all times.

Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage (but not strictly required). High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with numbers and text. Basic to intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets. Comfortable working with multiple systems, forms, and digital documents. Good written English for reading and entering client and policy information. Reliable, organized, and able to meet daily/weekly productivity targets.
