Alpine Perfect Water Technologies is a fast‑growing U.S. home‑services company in in‑home water filtration. We’re hiring a Sales Director / Head of Sales who will fully own our revenue engine – not just “manage a team and send reports”.

You will run the sales department end‑to‑end (Booking → Sales → Reviews → Referrals → Retention), lead setters/closers on clear KPIs, and build simple, repeatable systems that improve results every month. Start your application with the word “Water” so we know you read the description.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales funnel from first contact to signed deal, review, and referral.
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable setters, closers, and reps on daily/weekly KPIs.
  • Run a disciplined sales cadence: pipeline reviews, show/close rates, follow‑up.
  • Review booking and sales calls (including AI tools) and correct performance quickly.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead quality, speed‑to‑lead, and feedback loops.
  • Enforce standards: speed‑to‑lead, pipeline hygiene, and no‑show reduction.
  • Hire, onboard, and if needed, fire sales reps using a simple, repeatable system.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading and scaling sales teams in home services or other lead‑generation‑driven business.
  • Clear track record of hitting and exceeding team targets (not just personal production).
  • Strong with CRM and funnel tools (GoHighLevel or similar).
  • Experience hiring, training, and performance‑managing setters/closers.
  • Data‑driven, direct, and comfortable working fully remote on U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in managing Sales Teams is a must.
