Smart Glass Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics and Accounting Manager to oversee and coordinate our logistics operations and financial accounting processes. This key role ensures the efficient movement of goods, accurate financial records, and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in logistics management with solid accounting skills to support our company's growth and operational excellence in the smart glass manufacturing and distribution industry.
Key responsabilities
Request shipping quotes from the Carriers; Monitor the progress of orders according; Request pick up of orders that are ready; Send Bills of Loading to the Manufacturer; Monitor the Shipments; Send Proof of Delivery to the client; Monitor incoming payments from clients; Keeping track of delayed payments and demanding payment; Create invoices in Quick Books; Making list of payments to vendors (manufacture, shipping, insurance, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent written and spoken English; Great communication skills; Great first impression; Feeling free and accommodating with the clients; Easy going, persuasive with the customer; Have your own home office where you can talk and take zoom calls; Have your own computer.
