About the job
Smart Glass Technologies, a fast-growing smart glass manufacturer and distributor operating in the USA and Canada, is seeking a motivated Sales & Account Manager to join our expanding team in Moldova.
This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer communications (no cold calls), managing CRM data, scheduling appointments for the installation team, creating estimates and invoices, and performing various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, works comfortably from a home office, and preferably has technical knowledge or the ability to read architectural plans.
We are a fast-paced, growing company. We already have 20 managers in Moldova, and we plan to hire 2 more this month.

Key responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls - NO COLD CALLS!
- Follow up and respond to customer emails;
- CRM data recording;
- Set up appointments for the local installation team;
- Create estimates and invoices;
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Great communication skills;
- Great first impression;
- Feeling free and accommodating with the clients;
- Easy-going, persuasive with the customer;
- Have your own home office where you can talk and take Zoom calls;
- Have your computer;
- Ability to read architectural plans is an advantage.
- Technical or electrical knowledge is an advantage.
Benefits
- 2 weeks of paid training;
- Compensation of $1,300 per month. Base salary of $1,000 net + monthly bonuses if you reach the monthly target;
- Additional yearly bonus of $1,200 if you reach the yearly target;
